I have one more chapter to finish but has been very clear and informative on the way to eat called the DASH Diet. To me diets are a four letter word but this is doable and I am doing much of it already. I highly recommend it as it is not weird foods or all the fat free junk that first of all taste nasty and your body does not even recognize the stuff as food as it is not. This is just common sense and eating clean.
