I began the book yesterday, I’ve been sick for almost a week now and when I saw this on my shelf I had a feeling that “now was as good a time as any” and honestly, it really has been. Where I’ve left off in this story is just as they began their trek into the forest, Gandalf riding off just behind.

I’m really loving this book, the adventure, the characters, the illustrations, the hardcover, so nice!
