I’m finding it harder and harder to agree with what Greg says in this. And I don’t enjoy that he doesn’t use headings & sometimes feels like no one edited it before publishing (why was there a para that started ‘as an aside…’ and added zilch to what he was saying?). Tempted to DNF, but going to read at least the start of Part 2 in case it gets better/ more agreeable.

Greg is beginning to take much more Catholic positions in this book while still claiming they are wholly ‘Christian’ e.g. the communion of saints. Feel free to skip all of chapter 7 which is just him talking about his personal favourite books by Christian authors for ages.
