i find it quite remarkable that the diet you choose doesn’t changes your microbiome, rather the music it makes.

took a little break, just finished chapter 6. author is definitely a scientist, not a writer. but otherwise, if i reread a paragraph, i eventually understand what he’s saying. oh so subtly did he suggest that vaccines cause autism (without saying the word “vaccine”) so im curious about that. i will say, because of the connection between gut and brain, im not worried about our brains being uploaded to computer!

key things i am taking away: 1. epigenetics is kinda crazy, 2. don’t have a cesarean birth and you have to breastfeed, 3. manage stress and diet better
