DNF. I loved the book in concept, but in reality the lack of info on many of these women made it a Hardy biography with a lot of random people rather than a biography of the women in Hardy’s life, and I got a bit bored. Not necessarily a reflection of the writing or research but perhaps more a reflection of not finding what I was looking for.
