Dustee is rescued.
Ch 5 Taylor meets Sean face-to-face.

Sean (out of DC) is lead .. 2 find Phantom (the suspected hacker). Sean has a hard time trusting because of all the liars in his life.
Taylor is in Portland, OR
(I am longing a bit for Terri Blackstock. Not a fan of SS’s writing so far.)

I am not a fan of starting a book with a terrifying scene :(
I like intros to the characters and some plot first.
