Oh God, the going is quite heavy.

A book hasn't sucked me into its works so completely in many years. I am having difficulty putting it down and leaving Jude, Malcolm, JB, Willem behind. I'm frightened of the darker parts of this book which are coming; I feel exquisite empathy for all of Jude's low thoughts; I am in awe of the beautifully-written progress of friendships. Damn.
