i've been following jillian for a bit now and so far it's mostly the things she also mentions in her posts. if you've been with her for a while it gets a bit repetitive but for people that are just starting up this might be refreshing. jillian is always honest and direct but also really warm, the examples she mentions seem to be real life experiences one would relate to. so far it's a very enjoyable read.
