It feels silly to update my progress in this book in 2% increments, but it is incredibly long and quite dense and I'm doing a lot of highlighting and note taking. That 2% accounts for 1 chapter of the book and about an hour of dedicated reading time. Gonna be chipping away at this one for awhile. Great chapter though! Lots to think about in regards to the workplace as a space for community.

Unsurprisingly I have more highlights in the chapter titled "Religious Participation" than any others so far.
