I loved this book. Are you going to do the digital declutter he recommends?

Over the past few years, I have slowly adopted different aspects of Newport's philosophy and practices, but I want to get a bit stricter. The book was fantastic, and I need to go back and re-read a few sections, like community building, and the reclaiming leisure section more generally.
