The book starts out talking about the homeless in California. And how these NGO’s victimized tax payers. House prices in California sky rocket so many people can’t afford housing. California has the highest number of homeless. Newson funneled millions of tax payers money into a friend’s NGO. This NGO was supposed to turn hotel rooms into housing for the homeless. Instead the NGO spent money on themselves.

Since Newsom has regulations on the housing market, those regulations made prices skyrocket. Many people lived in tents on the streets due to prices. People in tent devalued the property price and Newsom allowed the Chinese government to sweep up on buying these properties at a devalued price. This was all planned by Newsom.
