I just finished Dark Lycan (The 'Dark' Carpathian Book 24) and gave it 4 stars. I've read all her "Dark" books to date. My altimeter favorite is Dark Desire - read several times and it still rocks. It's the one that got me enamored with the series. So, I recommend the series and especially this latest about Fenris and Tatijnna. The Carpathians are evolving into something more...intriguing.
