Very nice book so far, talks a lot about how to communicate confidently while also being willing to admit mistakes and when you’re wrong. How to unravel a conversation to understand both parties rather than trying to win. Gives info on how we fall back on past experiences to help us with conversations rather than our own feelings, goals, and self awareness
