rereading one of my favorite books of all time bc i needed to before the year ended!! it's past halloween but oh well

i think this book is tearing through ME as much as i’m tearing through it 😭😭

i told myself i'd finish this today but it seems pretty clear that won't happen so i'm making a promise to myself to finish it tomorrow. hold me to it, you all! it's really good so far, i want it to be five stars so badly but it's sitting at maybe 4-4.5 rn

i really love this so far; the writing style doesn't pull any punches yet it's beautiful, and the catharsis of silas finding another trans person is just chef's kiss. i love silas sm already
