When I read Capital Vol. 2 I noticed that Marx could run an experimental design by hand!
Many a critic can’t understand that he could abstract a variable for study, while keeping the others constant or in the background.

Marx detailed the historical process of the pre capitalist economic formations dissolution in the very famous chapter that became a separate book. Barely understood by many.

Production and realisation.
I’ve definitely held to the concept that wealth is the creation of disposable time.
Also surplus value is the appropriation of surplus labour.

In this section there is a main concern that the economists couldn’t understand. The meeting of the material, measurable relation of production with the immaterial social relations that are hidden behind and above it, the historical quality of capital: it cannot exist without free surplus value.

The introduction where, in its four parts, Marx depicts the method of study and note taking that would, farther down the road, become “Capital”. One can discover the ample use of dialectical constructions in the subjects dealt with.
