Do you consider a 3 star rating bad?
I've been seeing a lot of arc review requests state that they only want authors tagged if it's a 4 or 5 star. I feel like a 3 star is like neutral ground for liking/not liking a book?

I consider it a “I enjoyed reading it but it wasn’t what I expected so I’m a bit disappointed” but definitely not a bad rating. I think 3 stars are really subjective so I get why authors don’t want to be tagged in 3stars reviews

3 star is def meant to be "Average" but a lot of people forget that. I even did for a long time. It took me a while to realize that rating something 3/5 was not bad. I had to drop my guilt. It may not be ideal for most authors but it is NOT a bad rating. Not every book is amazing or horrible. Those in between numbers aren't meant to be useless.3/5 is average, book was okay, nothing that will stick with someone but still a decent read.
