FINALLY a murder, and I even knew how it would happen. Still, for a “tragedy” this play is hilarious so far

Ah the famous "I can't kill him now, he's praying, he'll go to heaven if I do it now" "I forgot how to pray!!! Fuck!!!!" scene

I have three things to say:
1. To be or not to be!!! Hell yeah!!!
2. Damn Hamlet you didn't have to do her dirty like that
3. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern being like "oh yes Hamlet was very nice and open with us" and the translator's note right below it saying "this is the very opposite of what happened" has me rolling

I understand why Something Rotten is so full of sex jokes now. It’s simply true to the source material

“Hey guys if I seem mad in the future I’m only pretending to be ok trust me”
Next chapter: “in which Hamlet goes mad”

Finally found out where "to thine own self be true" came from in Something Rotten

My niece was strangely interested in this book despite the lack of pictures on most pages. She did like the map in the beginning though and kept pointing out the boats.
