my mother took this book from the elementary school she is a nurse at. it was such a good quick read of the child labor laws in the 1910’s in new england! i saw a lot of myself in grace, as i do with a lot of characters in historical fictions. i learned a lot and im looking forward to my next book club with mom and gram!
