Surprised to see the low ratings on here cause I'm halfway through the book and I feel the book has been comforting. Not sure if I'm picking on my many crappy experienced with therapists and then comparing my experience, but the person seems decent when it comes to recognizing thought patterns and figuring out the why.

Let's see the book feels when I'm done with it.
