Will they think Thulani is the one who hurt the girl because he was the one who brought her home?

My favorite character is Thulani, he saved a girl the was being raped and he is getting blamed for doing it because he took her back to her home. but he's was just trying to help the girl

Thulani is the only character I know so far and I like him because instead of keeping the birds in cages their whole life he sets them free for them to come back showing he's not a bad person.
