There is so much pseudoscience it’s appalling. She started out okay with empirically supported hypotheses and then it took a sudden nose dive. Like, I’m not going to cure a connective tissue disorder or my autism (or symptoms of it as she says) with massage, healthy-ish eating, rubbing olive oil all over my body and consuming diatomaceous earth. So, so, so disappointing.

Besides the religious aspect and the pseudoscience that’s sprinkled through, there are some actually good points being made. I’ll be looking into the cited scientific studies though because some of these claims seem far too good to be true or what she’s trying to claim as EDS symptoms makes it seem like a catch all disorder.
