I now realise that I do not care about an American president getting murdered and all that. Although its enjoyable if I persist, but something I learnt in 2023 by reading a bunch of crap books: my time is too valuable for reading books whose premise I don't care about. Dnf'ing this. Will probably pick up Misery or The Shining.
