okay so. i started reading this and i know it’s sapphic. but. there’s so many clear allusions to how jewish ppl were treated in ww2 that i can’t even imagine how a romance is gonna come from these characters without it feeling gross. maybe i’ll give it another shot at some point but rn i can’t get past that (im not far in at all so mayhaps i need to keep reading but. later)
