One of the things I enjoy about this is Mint's relatability. You don't have to have been a space marine. Anyone who has been in a job or with the same company for ten years will understand her cynicism, her anger at inept managements and cronyism, at the bravado of new recruits who think they know it all even as they cause massive problems. Awesome character.
