Did I miss something??? In book 1, the tea room is open. In this one it’s being built. In book 1, Charlie is Willow’s boyfriend, in this one, they’re just meeting. I thought maybe this was a prequel, but involvement with the sheriff from the previous book is mentioned. This is weird.
