When six flags over Texas opened in the 60’s, the park had an entire land themed to the confederate states of America. I’m not sure how long that land stayed in the park, but I would imagine it likely lasted longer than the confederacy itself.

This book is interesting and every time I read it my roller coaster withdrawal intensifies. Must go ride the Cyclone, it’s my only hope.

I wish Staten Island had a theme park. We somehow have four fucking golf courses but not a single roller coaster. Unbelievable, a crime, a catastrophe.
