oh it’s definitely different!! i’m so intrigued by alice and margaret it’s such an interesting dynamic the further we get into the story. the coming of age aspects between alice and marg are what’s driving this plot forward. the ‘fun’ character development and lore dumps are coming from the love story similar to beach read. but actual love story isn’t too special so far. has some good quotes though.
