Great start to the book in letting us know there is secret. It is quite obvious the fundamental things that make for high performance. It ought to be an area in which we have the basic abilities to perform in. Like you'll not expect a fish to highly perform in climbing a tree, just as you'll not expect a monkey to highly perform in swimming.
