Having some whiplash & feeling a little lost… I’ve been fully invested, so deeply engrossed, & now the book has skipped 14 years in the future, referencing unknown characters casually, & I have no idea where everyone else is or what happened to them 🥺

Have you finished it yet? I just made it to page 131, part 3 and I have to set it aside to work. Gosh, why does it cost so much to live?! Wish I could just get paid to read all day. I definitely went into the wrong profession 🤦♀️🤣
