I’ve yet to fully understand C-PTSD as a mental health diagnosis, and this book is really helpful in encouraging discourse regarding a topic so complicated.

It’s okay to have some things you never get over.

I think this is what it means to be loved as God intended. To be known with all your flaws and still be loved.

Been a bit too busy over the holidays…this line was quite a thinker.
