Why the surprise? Of course, I have always intended to finish this collection of short stories. It has been only a two-year hiatus. I was waiting for the right time and I found it. The next story from where I left off - Shiva in Shadow - dovetails perfectly with Martin Rees’ cosmology that I am in midst of working through. Both deal with the mysterious deep forces that govern the universe.
