Really enjoying all the sources about the change from upright bakers cabinetry pre 1910s to the Frankfurt Kitchen inspired designs that have become standard especially post WWII. I will say I wish there was a more even mix of info about food innovations and kitchen appliance and design innovations because sometimes we get really detailed info on one and then the other in the same time period is slim
