I find it hypocritical that Kate Humble takes umbrage with the American motel serving a breakfast wrapped in plastic when she has obviously travelled in a jumbo jet across the Atlantic to get there (there being a course where you learn to built eco-friendly housing).

I understand that nobody has a completely clear conscience when it comes to pollution, but to me this completely defeats the object of her trip.
