Something of an anticlimax. The final battle was too quickly over, or perhaps not quite quick enough to make it funny. With Jurgen there, the outcome was never in doubt.

Aha, much less formulaic! Zombies or other mindless crazies. Not a Genestealer Cult, probably not Khorne or Slaanesh either. Orks are right out (though they might show up later, at least if this were a full-length novel). That's all the usual suspects ruled out already.
