It’s so interesting to me that in the 10th HG and 74th HG, district 11 and 12 have some sort of significant interaction that causes an uproar. In both games, 11’s death’s causes 12 to create a memorial and show unity and respect for the other districts, which the capital hates. District 11 is filled with woke people and they tend to start activism first in both games. Love it. Absolutely brilliant.
