Philip sounds like a fairly rancid person, to be honest. But it's funny to read how he would micromanage super intricate and low-stake tasks like re-assigning all the monks in an abbey to new cells, or picking the location of the bathroom near his new palace gardens, all while his ministers beg him to PLEASE READ OUR BRIEFS ON THIS IMPORTANT AFFAIR OF STATE AND MAKE A DECISION, SIRE!!!
