This is a memoir like tale told in diary form about a married woman with three young daughters living in an affluent estate in Pomerania. It describes her solitary love of gardening and household activities. She also describes her chauvinistic-misogynistic husband, aka “The Man of Wrath”. It doesn’t have a plot, and it didn’t resonate with me. I read about 75%.
