The Perverted Normality of War (and Peace): Žižek's arguments at the time written seem plausible -- though I'm not sure I'd agree on the next world war leading to the [few] survivors collecting themselves into small authoritarian groups -- but his writings predate the GOP adoption of Russian rhetoric of Ukrainian aggression, Israel's full-throttle genocide in Gaza, etc.
