the oldest Japanese measure was known as the ‘shaku’, which is believed to have been imported from China more than 1,000 years ago. At 30.30 centimetres this unit is almost indistinguishable from a Minoan foot, which is just 0.6 millimetres larger. It follows therefore that 366 Megalithic Yards are almost the same as 1,000 Japanese shaku, with a fit accuracy of 99.8 per cent

Earth’s orbital speed = one 10,000th of the speed of light

Furthermore, using NASA data, we found that the diameter of our planet’s motion around the Sun is almost exactly 600 x 106 kush per Sumerian second

the Earth was precisely 3.66 times larger than the Moon and that the Sun was 400 times larger. Having 10 digits on their hands they had naturally worked in base 10 and saw the relationship as follows:
Moon

100
Earth

366
Sun

40,000

The Minoan foot is nowhere near the same linear measurement as the Megalithic Yard, yet it was clearly intended that 1,000 Minoan feet should represent the same linear distance as 366 Megalithic Yards, which itself is exactly one Megalithic Second of arc of the polar circumference of the Earth

The polar circumference of the Earth is around 40,008 kilometres, which is 40,008,000 metres. A degree is one 360th of this, which is 111,133.33 metres. The Greek foot is 30.861 centimetres in length and this divides into 111,133.33 metres 360,109 times

1 modern second of time = 1,500 Greek feet
1 modern minute of Time = 90,000 Greek feet
1 modern hour of time = 5,400,000 Greek feet
1 day =129,600,000 Greek feet

Jefferson had identified that the relationship between the avoirdupois pound, as used today, and the troy pound exhibit the same relationship as between liquid and grain measures. He was highly surprised to discover this and went on to explain that this links up various measures from the past

Jefferson had identified a relationship between wheat and water that is a ratio of 144:175

The 4 x 4 x 4 Megalithic Inch cube proved to hold an imperial pint of water but when the same cube was filled with barley grains it weighed exactly one imperial (or avoirdupois) pound.

Troy weights were still used alongside avoirdupois weights in Jefferson’s time and like the avoirdupois weights it is thought that troy weights had originated in the Champagne Fairs, most probably named after ‘Troyes’, the capital of Champagne.

with sides of one-tenth of a Megalithic Yard holds one imperial pint of water and one imperial pound of grain to a very high level of accuracy. Doubling the length of the sides produces a capacity of one imperial gallon and doubling again produces a weight of one dry bushel

12 inches = 1 foot
3 feet = 1 yard
5½ yards = 1 rod
4 rods = 1 chain
10 chains = 1 furlong
8 furlongs = 1 mile

the rod stood out as being particularly odd at 5½ yards or 16½ feet. While the other units were neat integer numbers, the rod gave the impression of being alien – as though it had come from somewhere else

the rod (also known as a pole or a perch) he noticed that it was very close to six Megalithic Yards
