This book has me feeling for Emma..she’s so desperately bored, and so badly misguided in her beliefs about life and love, but I can’t say it’s her fault, back then she couldn’t have found someone to teach her or show her what love is and how it should feel..all this is wrapped up in the impossibility of action, she’s trapped and becomes an easy target..
Somehow it reminds me of my teenage years..
