We'll see how this goes, but not impressed with chapter one where heroine running for her life pauses to look in the mirror and give us the lowdown on her looks. Then later, in the midst of completing her escape from France, decides to ponder whether she will one day find love. But it's early days; I'll see how the book turns out.
