Well so far I know for sure I want to smack Bernard upside the head. You don't live with someone for 5+ years, share a home with them and then disappear leaving a 'Dear John' letter that says "I'll always love you but..." WTF? Seriously? You left the guy and the last thing you say or write is I'll always love you? You have a hell of a way to show this, ffs!
