So far, these characters are pretty--and I hate using this word--pretentious. One is an Oscar winner director, the other is a writer for a magazine, and the rest are all equally annoying young adults who look like starving artists. Even Amelia, the sick friend, is annoying in her own way. But, meh, whatever I'll see where this goes...
