Feels a little bit over written. There are too many asides and anecdotal stories. But, there are a few pieces of useful information. For instance, visceral fat plays a huge role in aging. Also the size of the molecule that transports HDL and LDL is nearly as important as the actual amount of cholesterol. Interestingly, all the centenarians studied had much higher than normal HDL.
