I think I’m going to DNF this at 60%.
Maybe I would have liked it better as an audiobook. Normally I’m so intrigued by culty religious stories but this gave me such an ick. I really wasn’t hooked? At one point when meeting a mother to someone in her cult, she said “meeting her, I thought of bumblebees” okkkkkkkayyyy???????
