Finished the titular story, Deacon. Yikes! I mean that in a good way. Bloody, disgustingly descriptive, and there’s pigs. I can’t handle the pigs being fed. 🤢 Lines become blurred between the characters Deacon and Daemon. Highly recommend this creepy short story.
