Book 2 (The Puppeteer) - 4⭐️. Simon is absolutely unhinged, possessive, and psychotic and I love him all the more for it! His Shadow is also delightful. Not a lot happened in this book outside of Cora coming to terms with her newfound situation, but I’m really enjoying the creepy carnival vibes and expanding cast of characters.
