A collection of perfect short stories, often which grapple between the power dynamics of men and women and class differences. Though most were only a few pages, it’s incredibly impressive how Mansfield, in her young talent, was able to convey each story with such detail, and though I felt like each was part of a bigger story I wanted to know more of, it was so satisfied with the length of what she chose to write.
