I'm on the fence with this. The phrase 'Your power is yours to give. I can only take it if you offer it to me willingly' is great but also kind of undercut by the fact that she's her boss. I just don't believe full consent exists in that case.

And once again, a nanny/boss relationship that doesn't fully give the power imbalance the importance it should. I really should learn my lesson and stop readind these.
