ok so im ACTUALLY DONE!! and WOW SO CUTE i read more a lil ago but forgot to document i believe, but ugh such a cute and succinct ending!! nothing too phenomenal to remark other than my love for elias wilder sorcier YEARNING hardcore YEARNING in just the way i love :) and the epilogue of dora and theodora reuniting? made me :’) but now im on the novella!! not done but getting there, very inch resting i love elias

this book is ADORABLE and ugh so indulgent and so historically loyal to victorian dialogue and setting?? pacing fast a little unconventional and yes i WOULDVE liked more time for elias and dora to properly know each other more than just 1 or 2 house calls BUT I AM NOT COMPLAINING THEY ARE SO CUTE!! and lady carroway being their biggest fan idc if its unrealistic for an aristocratic family to be like this ITS CUTE!!

i WILL breeze through this book best BELIEVE ME!! god this is so cutie so far i think my top romance trope is “aloof autistic girl with her own goals and some rude aloof guy who finds her interesting and genius and then falls heads over heels” LIKE ITS SO GOOD!! ugh and its so whimsical and fairytale! VERY fast but honestly i think the pacing is fair for the plot! a bit of a shorter book but im hyped! cant wait
